Our lodging is available from May 1st. to September 15th. Although we are available to take reservations year-round.
Booking Policy
For reservations of 3 nights, your credit card will be charged upon arrival. Reservations of 4 nights or more, 50% due at time of booking, remainder due 30 days prior to arrival date. Minimum 3 night stay.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations for 3 nights: minimum 2 week notice of cancellation. If less than 2 week notice of cancellation the fees are: 24 ft. yurt - $100, 30 ft. yurt - $150. Reservations for 4 or more nights: minimum 30 day notice of cancellation. If less than 30 day notice of cancellation, please contact owner.
Check In & Out Policy
Unless prior arrangements are made:
We have a self Check-In policy in place for our guests. Please check yourself and your guests into your designated Yurt. If you have questions or would like to meet with us our office is next door. Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Check-in is 4 - 7pm. Arrivals later then 8:00 P.M. your credit card will automatically be charged and an e-mail receipt will be sent to your e-mail address on file. The door will be unlocked and the key on the table inside. When checking out please leave the key on the table inside and the door unlocked.
Check-out is before 11am/ Fees apply for late check-outs and garbage left.

HOUSE RULES
* A $50.00 LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED WHEN A GUEST STAYS LATER THEN 15 MINUTES AFTER THE DESIGNATED CHECK-OUT TIME.
* A $25.00 GARBAGE FEE IF GARBAGE IS LEFT IN YURT AFTER CHECK-OUT.
* For large groups renting all 3 Yurts for the minimum stay or longer there is a “LARGE GROUP” cleaning fee charge of $300.00.
